Shipping Policy – Elora by Nestora
We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.
1-Shipping Charges:
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 will be charged on each order unless a free-shipping offer is specifically mentioned.
2-Delivery Time:
Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3-Cash on Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan. Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number to avoid delays.
4-Order Confirmation:
We may contact customers by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm an order before dispatch.
5-Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Elora by Nestora will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
6-Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel and provide relevant details and photographs so we can review the issue.
